Batoridesign undertakes renovation work on the interiors of ground, air, and water vehicles (passenger cars, trucks, ships, airplanes) to improve their aesthetic appearance and create quality enhancements in terms of ergonomics and safety.
The service provider or contracting party is Bátori Ferenc László EV.

Registration and Ordering Process:

Customers do not have the option to register on the website.
The data required for ordering must be provided accurately and completely.

Ordering Process and Contract Conclusion:

The products and services presented on the website do not constitute a binding contractual offer.

Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment Terms, Retention of Ownership:

Prices are valid at the time of ordering.
Shipping costs are separately indicated before ordering, and the customer actively approves them.
 
Payment methods:

Advance payment and cash payment.
The workpiece received by us will remain with us until the full payment is completed.

Minimal differences are acceptable for customized steering wheels.
Delivery is made to the specified address, and in the case of advance payment, delivery occurs only after the customer's payment is received.

Customer Obligations:

The customer is obliged to cooperate in the provision of the service and fulfill various duties. Acceptance of the services is mandatory, and the customer cannot reject the service due to minor defects after receipt.

Guarantee, Acceptance, Legal Declarations, Complaints:

The customer has rights in case of defective performance.
The warranty claim limitation period is one year.
Complaints are taken seriously and can be submitted through customer service.

Compensation, Liability:

Liability is limited within the boundaries defined in the General Terms and Conditions.

The European Commission has established an internet platform for the online resolution of disputes (the so-called "OS platform").
The OS platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court resolution of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase agreements.
